The future of a severely neglected or abused child is dependent on the quality of care given to the child and his or her parents. A Home for Every Child (in Hebrew, Bayit L’Kol Yeled, or BiLY), is dedicated to holistic and professional care for children in extreme distress. Israel’s social service and court authorities turn to BiLY to provide therapeutic treatment for children in crisis, guidance for the professionals who treat them and intervention and counseling for their parents. BiLY also provides therapeutic after-school centers (afternoon and early evening care) for young children whose parents are unable to meet their essential needs.

A Home for Every Child (BiLY) was founded in 1975 as a partner to Israel’s government authorities responsible for the well-being of children and youth. The emergency facilities, childcare centers and training programs under the auspices of BiLY are led by highly regarded experts in psychotherapy and treatment for emotionally distressed children and youth. Each year, BiLY provides emergency care and treatment to prevent and respond to neglect and abuse for some 1,700 individuals in families in crisis:

Bayit L’Kol Yeled B’Yisrael has Israeli tax exempt status. USA tax exempt donations can be submitted through P.E.F Israel Endowment Funds, earmarking the donation for Bayit L’Kol Yeled B’Yisrael, A Home For Every Child in Israel.
