A Home for Every Child (BiLY) was founded in 1975 as a partner to Israel’s government authorities responsible for the well-being of children and youth. The emergency facilities, childcare centers and training programs under the auspices of BiLY are led by highly regarded experts in psychotherapy and treatment for emotionally distressed children and youth.
